About us
Taipá was founded by Chef Carlos Paredes and his wife Michelle. It all began in a cute little Food Truck in 2012. Four years later in 2016, God blessed us with a baby girl ano Taipás first restaurant. After several years we decided to take a huge step and open our second location. This location was going to be made with the same love a dedication as when we first started. We are now happy to announce that Taipá 2 officially opened its doors September 2024, a block away from Coral Gables. An experience that will surely keep you coming back for more.
